The Foundation for Vertebral Subluxation is responding to the misinformation being disseminated by regulatory agencies, chiropractic trade organizations, chiropractic schools and individuals.
Our first response was to the World Federation of Chiropractic's flawed and biased hit piece that was put out during the midst of the crisis in an effort to silence chiropractors on the role of chiropractic in immunity.
In addition to the immediate response to the WFC's flawed document, the FVS reorganized its research team and began work on a series of major projects related to immunity & chiropractic. Thus far, three documents have been completed and the fourth, which is a research protocol, will be completed shortly.
Those documents & related projects are:
A Scoping Review of Chiropractic, Vertebral Subluxation and Immune Function with Implications for the Development of a Protocol for Measurement of Immune Biomarkers in Chiropractic Research & the Development of Related Policy
A Prospective Longitudinal Health Outcomes Study Evaluating Immune Biomarkers and Quality of Life in Subjects Undergoing Management of Vertebral Subluxation - Protocol in Development
In addition to these efforts on immunity the regular work of the Foundation continues including our projects on Best Practices, subluxation epidemiology, salutogenesis, The Senzon Papers, and much more. Click the link below to see our team and what we are working on . . .
Never before has the role of chiropractic on the functioning of the nervous and immune systems been so important to understand.
Please join us for two days of inspiring discussions exploring the biological effects of chiropractic on the neuroendocrine immune axis, health and wellbeing and the implications for the future.
Up to 13 hours of CE are available in select states.
All proceeds to benefit the Foundation for Vertebral Subluxation.
